Next to the house there are all cosy terraces such as a BBQ area with a large picnic table and a view as far as Benidorm. At the pool is a lovely lounge sofa to enjoy the sun and all the beautiful plants. There are sunbeds around the pool, 6 pieces.

Around the house are fruit trees, plates, palm trees and in the summer the garden is full of colour because of the beautiful flowers.

The ground floor has its own entrance to the studio which is equipped with a double bed, a cosy sitting area, a small fridge, a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with washing machine, walk-in closet, toilet and sink. There is also a coffee machine in the studio.

You can park on the lot, here a large carport to park your cars in the shade.
