The villa has a practical single-level layout and was fully renovated in 2019. It has also been recently upgraded with new air conditioning units. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, while a second modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are furnished with quality beds and ample wardrobe space.

The spacious living area includes a cozy sofa, a dining table, pellet stove, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Dutch channels.
