In this beautiful luxury villa in Alfaz del pi / Costa Blanca we rent a beautiful apartment on the ground floor, completely private. Directly at the pool with a beautiful garden full of relaxation options.

The apartment has been renovated into a luxury apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Everything is beautifully finished, think of marble in the bathrooms, good beds, nice sofas to relax and a walk-in closet. There are air conditioners throughout the house and of course WIFI is available everywhere. The living room is bright and through a large sliding door you enter the wonderful terrace. The living room has good sofas, a TV with all European channels, a view of the garden and the pool and an open kitchen that is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room.

The terrace and the pool are completely private for you when you rent the apartment. The owners travel and close off the top floor so you have the villa, pool and land completely private.

Other things to note

We ask for a deposit of 200 euros in cash, you must pay this to the host at the check-in. You will get this back when you check out. The price includes electricity (90kw per week). If you exceed this, you will pay 25 cents per kw extra.

NO parties are allowed and you may enter the villa with a maximum of 6 people.

We pay strict attention to partygoers and pets; we may refuse you if you do not adhere to these rules!
