Very cosy apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms located in the heart of the old town of Altea, near everything and everything within walking distance.

2 terraces, 1 of which is a roof terrace with beautiful sea views!

Light modern duplex apartment (no elevator), 85 square meters, open kitchen with all appliances you need with a bar. The house is cosily furnished and immediately gives a holiday feeling. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the apartment. The bedrooms have wonderful beds. The living room has a sofa bed (not suitable for 2 adults) Bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels and linen provided. Beautiful sea views from the roof terrace in a southerly direction. Quiet street (but very close to restaurants and bars) Private parking in our communal garage, free of charge.

The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and is best suited for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children.

Check-out is at 10 am.

Earlier check-in time and later check-out needs to be discussed.

Late check-in time, after 10 pm, can be requested for a fee of €35 paid directly to our HOST.
