This apartment is situated in a fantastic location in the heart of Altea, offering stunning views of the marina and the sea.

The 15m² balcony provides unobstructed views and can be accessed through sliding doors from both the living room and the bedroom, enjoying sunlight for most of the day.

The renovation was completed in March 2022, and everything is brand new, featuring fully automated air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a cooking island, and an American refrigerator with an ice maker.

This spacious apartment includes three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests, along with two bathrooms. It is located on the second floor of a quiet residential complex primarily occupied by permanent residents, and it is not available for individuals under 24 years of age. Access to the apartment is via stairs or two elevators.

Free parking is available at the nearby marina.

Once you step out of the apartment, you are immediately at the marina, with a long promenade and beach just a short walk away.

A swimming pool is available at the marina, just a five-minute walk away. For €5 per day, you can rent a sunbed and umbrella, which is free if you order food.

Altea, located on the Costa Blanca, has been recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world, with average temperatures ranging from 15 degrees in January to 30 degrees in August, and an impressive 320 days of sunshine each year.

Alicante Airport is a 45-minute drive from Altea, with excellent bus and train connections. Valencia Airport is also easily accessible, offering good connections to Eindhoven, London, Düsseldorf, and many other major airports.
