Distance to Albir: 5 minutes by car. Albir offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The old town of Altea is a 7-minute drive away, and Benidorm city center is 10 minutes away.

The space

The bright living room is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace and has access to a sunny enclosed veranda with beautiful views. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and a very spacious, fully equipped kitchen with utility room. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with toilet.
